Activation Link Not Working? Troubleshooting Guide

The link won't open

1. Try opening it in an incognito/private window.

2. Make sure you're signed in to the Google account you want to activate on.

3. Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).

"Session expired" or "link already used"

Each activation link works once. If you opened it before, it's consumed — that's normal. Check your [purchases](/my-purchases) to see which links you've already opened.

The verification code didn't arrive

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Wait 2–3 minutes, then request a new code.
• Make sure you typed the email address correctly.

Payment sent but the link hasn't appeared

• Detection takes a few minutes after broadcast. Use the "check now" button on the payment page.
• Make sure you sent the exact BTC amount to the exact address shown.
• If the 60-minute quote expired first, your payment is safe — see [how Bitcoin payment works](/guides/how-bitcoin-payment-works) and contact support with your order number.

The link opens but activation fails

Keep your order number and contact support. If the link is proven faulty on our side, we replace it with a working one — that's our activation guarantee.
